Next-to-skin soft, 23-23.5 micron. Targhee breed was developed in Idaho during the mid 1900’s. The foundation stock is Rambouillet, Corriedale and Lincoln ewes bred back to Rambouillet rams. Domestically raised in Montana on a small ranch and processed in Wyoming by Mountain Meadow Wool Mill.
